A New Credit Cardholder Landscape or Our Scariest Credit Card Chart Of 2010


We have written recently on the “de-carding” of U.S. credit cardholders. New data from Mercator’s CustomerMonitor Survey Series speaks to this drastically changed landscape at the cardholder level, and the speed with which this change has occurred. As issuers slowly return to marketing mode, they are likely to face a new array of challenges in finding new, desirable, and open prospects.
