Fraud Experience Insights
The Fraud Experience survey is the newest survey instrument developed by Mercator’s Primary Data Practice, which will be fielded annually with a panel of 3,000 U.S-based consumers.
The survey covers card, banking, and P2P payment fraud, fraud prevention, fraud resolution, identity theft, data privacy, and other issues.
The survey design provides insight into consumer experience with payment fraud and prevalent fraud-related behaviors and attitudes as they differ across various demographic groups.
Payments industry stakeholders will get a comprehensive view of payment fraud trends among consumers, enhancing their understanding of creating the best solutions that serve consumer needs.
