Previous Experience
Nick has spent close to three decades supporting technology-driven startups and global 500 technology companies, with the most recent 17 years focused on delivering supply-side IT custom research professional services in three key industry sectors; Technology, Financial Services, and Healthcare. He has received multiple peer endorsements for his data analytics capabilities, strategic thinking, and market research acumen as well as top 5 standout skills of Influencer, Connector, Advisor, Stimulator, and Teacher.
Before joining Mercator, Nick held the role of Founder and Executive Marketing Research Advisor at Actionable Insight Research, LLC, a freelance practice started in 2017. Before this venture, he served as Managing Director of 451 Research and was a Director of Custom Primary Research Services at International Data Corporation (IDC) services since 2004. In 2011, during a brief client-side opportunity, Nick served as Vice President, Program Director at TD Bank where he led TD’s Retail Credit Risk Data Analytics practice in successfully delivering on a 3-year multimillion-dollar Basel II credit risk regulatory compliance engagement while partnering with retail product line senior executives.
Education
Nick holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Business Strategy and teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Business Research Methods at Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
