Abstract:
Less than 2 basis points (0.018%) of U.S. credit cardholders filed complaints with regulators.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Consumer Response Annual Report for 2016 indicates quick response and fair handling of consumer complaints by U.S. credit card issuers.
