Welcome to Mercator Advisory Group Website 2.0 and Banking Channels Advisory Service
Hello, and welcome to the newly redesigned Mercator Advisory Group website and the Banking Channels Advisory Service. You will find that the site is designed to provide our members with a higher level of communication and information and enhanced functionality. The Banking Channels page of the site will host research available to members of the service, analyst blogs, a stream of the latest Tweets and social media postings as well as content from Mercator Advisory Group's free online news and information resource, PaymentsJournal.com.
Banking Channels Advisory Group research and analysis is focused on the latest developments in branches and ATMs, online, mobile, and tablet banking, call and contact centers, as well as topics such as banking profitability and the increasing use of marketing and analytics in banking. A main theme that has emerged is the widespread movement among banking institutions from multichannel banking to omnichannel banking. The service has written extensively on these topics and will continue this research in 2014 and beyond. As always Mercator Advisory Group welcomes ongoing dialogue with members on topics and issues of interest so we can better serve you.
Director Ed O'Brien looks forward to listening closely to your needs and communicating with you via the new Mercator website, as well as speaking directly with you on the phone or in person.
