Welcome to Mercator Advisory Group Website 2.0 and the International Payments Advisory Service
Boas-Vindas, добро пожаловать, Willkommen.,and Welcome to
Mercator Advisory Group’s new corporate website and the International Payments
Advisory Service (IPAS) page! The site is redesigned to provide our members
with a higher level of communication and information and enhanced
functionality. The IPAS page of the site will host research available to
members of the International Payments Advisory Service, analyst blogs, a stream
of the latest Tweets and social media postings as well as content from Mercator
Advisory Group’s free online news and information resource, PaymentsJournal.com.
Mercator Advisory Group’s new site has been designed with our
members in mind and will provide an interactive experience with the rich and
informative content that Mercator Advisory Group has always delivered. With our
new site, Mercator Advisory Group analysts will be able to communicate more
efficiently with subscribers through direct messages and other communications
like perspectives on recent news and global payment developments. Features to
be incorporated in the near future include video posts and other exciting media
functionality.
With international payments issues constantly evolving, IPAS
has been busy researching and writing in 2013 on a wide variety of topics that
have emerged as part of our market discovery and research process. In the past
few months alone, research on multicurrency prepaid cards, international ATM partnerships
and the global remittance market has been posted. The service will finish out
2013 strong by posting new research on international cash-based alternative
online and mobile payment services, global contactless payment developments,
EMV adoption around the world, and interchange regulation.
Through the new site, Associate Director Tristan Hugo-Webb
hopes to build a strong working relationship with all members subscribing to
the service and the larger Mercator Advisory Group member community. He will use
this page as a starting point for discussion and ideas for future research to
better serve you and your organization. Please share this document with others
in your organization and share your comments and suggestions about the site and
coverage with us.
Tristan Hugo-Webb looks forward to working with all members
and others interested in the service. He can be reached at thugowebb@mercatoradvisorygroup.com
