Hello, and welcome to the newly redesigned Mercator Advisory
Group website and the Commercial and Enterprise Payments Service page. You will
find that the site is designed to provide our members with a higher level of
communication and information and enhanced functionality. The Commercial and
Enterprise Payments page of the site will host research available to members of
the service, analyst blogs, a stream of the latest Tweets and social media
postings as well as content from Mercator Advisory Group’s free online news and
information resource, PaymentsJournal.com.
The new director the Commercial and Enterprise Payments
Advisory Service, Amy Hoke, brings to Mercator Advisory Group more than 20
years of experience in the payments industry. She is excited to apply her
knowledge of the market and unique insights to Mercator Advisory Group research
and consulting. Most recently before joining Mercator, her expertise and
technology background were instrumental in helping Bottomline Technologies with
strategic planning and customer implementations of Paymode-X, a business-to-business
payments and invoicing network. Prior to
joining Bottomline, Amy held senior positions at JPM Chase and MasterCard
focusing on electronic payments.
Amy Hoke’s first Viewpoint for in the service focuses on
high-value commercial card payments. A forthcoming Research Report will address
the ways that companies leverage technology to achieve working capital
Mercator Advisory Group is planning the 2014 research agenda
and values members’ input on what research and analysis will be valuable to
