"This is a key development in Mercator's growth as we are able to translate our strategic insights and analysis into actionable strategies for our customers looking at specific channel implementation concerns."
Previously, Patricia served as a director of research for IDC Financial Insights, specializing in corporate and wholesale banking, as well as emerging IT infrastructures and architectures.
Prior to joining IDC, Patricia was a director at Mainspring Communications, and also at The Tower Group, in both cases assisting financial industry clients and technology vendors to develop, articulate, and implement technology-enabled strategies for financial businesses.
