Mercator Advisory Group enhances communication strategy with addition of new Director of Communications and Segmentation

Mercator Advisory Group today announced the addition of Karen Yetter as Director of Communications and Segmentation for the Mercator Advisory Group.

In this role, Karen will be responsible for driving, managing, and maintaining Mercator Advisory Group’s communications efforts with particular emphasis on e-communications and mobile channels. This role encompasses all areas of Mercator Advisory Group, including Membership Services,, and client support for webinars, teleconferencing, and marketing partnership initiatives.




 Before joining Mercator Advisory Group, Karen served as Vice President of Customer Experience for Aberdeen Group, where she oversaw Marketing Operations, Creative Services, Program Management, and Customer Services. Her background includes a range of marketing services, digital services, and technical experience.

Prior to her work at Aberdeen Group, Karen managed the client services group at Bluestreak, a provider of advanced marketing data solutions for interactive agencies and advertisers, where she also managed the products and services technical support team. Previously, she held management positions with Triliteral LLC, Byers Engineering, and Mapcom Systems.

Karen has a Bachelor of Science from Johnson and Wales University, where she studied Database Management and Programming, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
