Pam has over 30 years of experience in marketing research and data analysis supporting some of the most respected brands including Ocean Spray, Minute Maid and Dial. Pam has an extensive background in primary quantitative and qualitative research including complex survey designs. Areas of expertise include an in-depth understanding of concepts, brand equity, products, competitive intelligence, and market place trends. She is well versed in conducting consumer driven custom research beginning at the exploratory front end using innovation techniques through the final stages of product launch.Previously Pam was the Director of Consumer Insight and Understanding with CSS/Datatelligence as well as a Vice President at the Pert Group.
