Ken is Vice President of Research Operations for the Mercator Advisory Group. Ken's ongoing credit-related research topics at Mercator include reward programs, collections practices, credit scoring, private label and co-branded cards, card marketing, small business credit, and alternative credit services. His payments-related experience encompasses market and business case modeling, competitive analysis, product development, product positioning, and assessment of international payment system opportunities.
In 2009, Ken launched Mercator's Advisory Group's CustomerMonitor Survey Series, a primary data offering that covers consumer payment and banking channel topics.BackgroundPrevious ExperienceKen has over 25 years experience in financial services market research, strategic planning and consulting, including payment services experience with Visa International, Visa USA, Fair, Isaac and Company, and Bank of Boston.Ken has participated in a range of industry conference speaking engagements and press briefings regarding his various research efforts.
