Joe is Associate Director with the Customer Interaction Advisory
Service at the Mercator Advisory Group providing insights and analysis of
innovations in the payment industry, with a focus on technology’s rapid transformation of customer delivery channels, the effects on customer experience, and the implications for payment providers and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Mercator Advisory Group, Joe was an analyst for
Technology Business Research Professional Services practice. Joe acted as lead in
primary research, survey development and data compilation examining trends in
both the commercial and public sector IT services markets, with a focus on
Financial Services, Healthcare and Government arenas.
Previously, Joe was an account manager for SunGard Financial Systems. In
this role, he developed a strong knowledge of the Financial Services industry
and its participants, as well as insight into the developing demand for
web-based applications and on-demand services.Education
Joe holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.A. in
History from Colgate University.
